Legal · draft for counsel review

Terms of Service

These terms govern business use of ExportFlow, operated by CROWNPEAK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (冠峰科技有限公司).

HUMAN_APPROVAL before live payments: confirm the final domain, monitored support/privacy email, refund position, data-retention periods and obtain Hong Kong legal review.

1. Business service and eligibility

ExportFlow is an export-sales workspace intended for businesses and authorised representatives aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you can bind the organisation you identify.

2. Service boundaries

ExportFlow helps users store research, prepare editable outreach drafts, manage follow-ups and create quotation review copies. It does not verify buyers, guarantee leads or revenue, provide legal or tax advice, or send messages automatically. Users must review recipients, facts, claims, pricing and terms before any external action.

3. Accounts and customer data

You must protect login credentials and provide accurate account information. You retain ownership of customer content and grant us a limited right to process it solely to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and permissions associated with uploaded data.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly recurring subscriptions charged in advance in the displayed currency. Before live payments, checkout will state the price, billing interval and cancellation method. Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation unless law or an approved refund requires otherwise. Taxes may apply.

5. AI outputs

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. It is a draft only. You must independently verify it and must not treat it as factual research, professional advice or permission to contact a person.

6. Availability and changes

Beta features may change, be limited or be discontinued. We aim for reasonable availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Material plan reductions will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct or material breach. You may stop using the service or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Account deletion and export procedures require final production approval.

8. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without implied guarantees of commercial results. Any liability exclusions or caps remain subject to non-excludable legal rights and must be reviewed by Hong Kong counsel before paid launch.

9. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with disputes submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a customer.
